Job Description
Ventures, a U.S.-based brokerage providing transparent, efficient nationwide services, seeks a full-time Sales Executive. Responsibilities include 15–20 inbound/outbound calls per day to company-provided warm leads (no cold calling), explaining services, pricing and shipment details, updating booking records, and closing deals. We offer an attractive commission on each successful booking, a stable base salary, no target pressure, and exceptional earning potential.
- Excellent English communication and professional phone etiquette
- Persuasive, customer-focused, with basic sales or customer service experience (brokerage preferred)
- Ability to work in person 7:30 PM–4:30 AM; training and a supportive team provided
