Job Description
SMJ International Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sales Officer Trainee to support field sales operations. Responsibilities include assisting promotional campaigns, coordinating dealer meetings and market activations, preparing daily and weekly sales reports, conducting market visits to monitor competitors and trends, identifying new dealers, and meeting monthly and annual sales targets. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring extensive travel within the assigned region.
- Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (battery/automotive preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication and negotiation abilities.
