Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Qualitative Research Executive to lead end-to-end qualitative projects, from design through delivery. Responsibilities include developing discussion guides, overseeing recruitment and fieldwork, moderating or supervising interviews and focus groups, conducting thematic analysis, and presenting clear, actionable insights to clients.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in qualitative market research
- Proven moderating and analytical skills; experience with NVivo or Atlas.ti
- Excellent writing, presentation, and client-facing abilities
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and demonstrated team leadership
