Job Description
The Digital Penguin seeks a Conversational AI Engineer to design, build, configure, and train voice and SMS agents. Responsibilities include designing conversational flows and IVR, integrating with CRMs and APIs, creating knowledge bases and prompts, ensuring TCPA compliance, and troubleshooting system issues.
- Required: experience with Twilio, Vapi, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Air.ai, telephony/API integration, prompt engineering, and debugging.
- Full-time, in-person position with access to advanced AI tools and long-term, cross-industry projects.
- Compensation: Rs50,00–Rs80,00 per month.
