Job Description
Costa Coffee seeks a dedicated full-time Barista in Karachi. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, preparing and serving a range of drinks and light food items (soups, sandwiches, pastries), and advising customers on menu selections. The role also involves processing payments, maintaining inventory and equipment (cleaning, basic troubleshooting, coordinating repairs), upholding strict sanitation and organization standards, and contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Candidates should assist in attracting new customers and supporting menu expansion. Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month. Reliable commute or relocation to Karachi and on-site availability are required.
