Job Description
Trubyte Private Limited, located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, is seeking a motivated Technical Support Associate to join our expanding team. This full-time, in-person position offers Rs35,00.00–Rs40,00.00 per month and includes a three-month probationary period.
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Assist with IT setups, routine maintenance, and documentation of incidents.
- Escalate complex problems to senior teams as required.
Ideal candidates will hold relevant technical certifications, possess strong communication skills in English and Urdu, and demonstrate a customer-focused, eager-to-learn attitude.
