Job Description
Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading real estate portal since 2006, is hiring a proactive Customer Service Representative to support our in-person real estate operations.
Responsibilities include answering client inquiries, scheduling property viewings, maintaining CRM records, assisting with documentation, resolving complaints, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams.
- Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in business/communications; customer service experience (real estate a plus).
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office and CRM, strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
