Job Description
Prime Kingdom Pvt Ltd. is hiring on-site part-time Customer Service Representatives. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Representatives will listen to customer inquiries, assess and document issues, escalate to the appropriate teams, and adhere to provided response scripts.
- Requirements: strong verbal and written communication, attentive listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Shifts: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM, 3:00 PM–9:00 PM, 4:00 PM–10:00 PM, or 5:00 PM–11:00 PM.
- Compensation: PKR 25,00 per month plus performance incentives; top performers may receive exclusive rewards, including international trips.
