Job Description
We are urgently hiring a Customer Service Representative based in Lahore (Ferozpur Road, near Gajjumata). Full-time; 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Competitive salary starting from Rs50,00/month. 3–5 years’ experience preferred, ideally in the garments industry.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints across channels
- Process orders, forms, and requests; maintain accurate interaction records
- Thorough product knowledge and ability to provide service-improvement feedback
