Job Description
N7 Group is hiring a full-time, in‑person Real Estate Inside Sales Agent. This non-sales role specializes in cold calling and managing inbound/outbound client communications to support property listings and investment services.
- Conduct cold calls, qualify leads, and schedule appointments.
- Provide accurate listing and investment information; assist clients via our website.
- Handle and resolve inquiries, escalate issues appropriately, and maintain CRM records.
- Requirements: minimum 2 years customer service experience, excellent verbal communication, outgoing demeanor, and strong follow-up skills.
