Job Description
At-Desk PVT LTD is hiring a full-time, in-person Customer Service Representative in Bahadurabad to manage inbound and outbound UK-based calls. The position requires adherence to communication scripts and engagement with customers via voice, chat, and other platforms. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing solutions, managing accounts, maintaining accurate conversation records, and performing necessary data entry.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday with alternate Saturdays, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month — please review the salary package before applying
- Qualifications: international call center experience, confident spoken English, strong listening and multitasking abilities, and solid computer/internet proficiency
