Job Description
We are seeking an Area Academic Manager to provide academic leadership and improve education quality across assigned schools. This role oversees principals, area administrators, academic data management, and daily operations.
- Lead school and principal performance; design and monitor area improvement plans.
- Strengthen principal and teacher quality through recruitment, appraisals, classroom observations, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
- Maintain community and donor relations; collaborate with peers to share best practices.
- Manage academic data analysis, support fee collection and fleet management, and implement targeted action plans for underperforming schools.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, minimum 3 years as a principal, excellent communication (English and Urdu), MS Office proficiency, and strong analytical skills. Full-time, in person. Application questions: current and expected salary.
