Job Description
Asra Communication invites applications for a full-time, in-person Junior Female Floor Manager for our Online Quran Academy in Rawalpindi. Shift: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM, Monday–Friday.
- Manage daily floor operations and coordinate class schedules with teachers.
- Monitor staff performance, report to senior management, and handle attendance and administrative tasks.
- Support and train staff, resolve minor issues, and escalate major concerns.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, strong English (written and verbal), basic management/administration experience preferred, ability to work night shifts and perform professionally under pressure.
- Walk-in interviews: 2:00 PM–9:00 PM. Call 033-5975498. Location: 3rd Floor, Mughal Arcade Building, 4th Road Commercial Market, Rawalpindi. Salary: Rs45,00–50,00/month.
