Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Franchise Officer to manage franchise relationships, support onboarding, ensure compliance, and improve franchise performance. You will coordinate training, conduct regular site visits, monitor sales and operational metrics, and implement corrective action plans to uphold brand standards and profitability.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in franchise or field operations
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
- Strong communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to travel
