Job Description
We seek an experienced Academic Officer to support undergraduate program management. Required: MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or equivalent (HEC-recognized) with 4–5 years in academic management or teaching. PhD and accreditation experience are desirable.
- Manage cases for new UG programs and coordinate curriculum review and ACM proceedings.
- Draft policy working papers, implement HEC/accreditation guidelines, and monitor action items.
- Handle undergraduate academic queries, conduct IHDs, prepare minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Skills: higher education policy, data management, MS Office, curriculum development, governance, and strong communication.
- Submit scanned academic/professional documents; final degree must be HEC-verified. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
