Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Office Attendant to support daily office operations. Key duties include maintaining cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and workstations; serving beverages; performing photocopying, scanning, filing, and mail handling; managing supplies; running errands; greeting and directing visitors; and assisting with meeting room setup and minor maintenance coordination.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication, time-management, and attention to detail
