Job Description
Only Lahore-based applicants will be considered. REDot Studios is hiring an on-site Chat Support Representative at our Khayaban-e-Amin Lahore office. You will manage live chat, resolve customer issues, record interactions, assist with troubleshooting, recommend solutions, and proactively engage potential customers online. Collaborate with internal teams, escalate complex cases, and stay updated on products. Minimum qualification: Intermediate or higher. Must have good computer literacy, strong written English, confidence in online outreach, a goal-driven attitude; prior customer service or sales experience is a plus. Full-time position.
