Job Description
We are seeking a Visa Consultant to guide clients through immigration and visa application processes. Responsibilities include assessing eligibility, preparing and reviewing documentation, communicating with government agencies, and providing timely case updates. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of visa categories, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work respectfully with diverse clients.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in immigration or visa services preferred; legal or paralegal background is a plus
- Fluency in English and proficiency with case management software required
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to ethical, client-focused service
