Job Description
Job Purpose: Join Weldon Paints Pvt. Limited as an Area Sales Manager, where you will be pivotal in driving sales growth through effective management of distributor networks and field sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers.
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry influencers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Commerce.
- Prior experience in the paint industry is essential.
- MBA or PGDM in Marketing is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
