Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our Agile teams in delivering high-quality products while promoting a collaborative atmosphere.
As a Junior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings. You will help identify and remove obstacles that impede project progress, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
This position requires excellent communication and facilitation skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong passion for teamwork and Agile practices. A background in software development is preferred.
