Job Description
XRbusiness is looking for a talented Customer Support & Email Marketing Specialist to join our packaging division. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction by efficiently managing orders and resolving inquiries. Your duties will encompass managing customer accounts, processing orders, and collaborating with various departments to deliver outstanding packaging solutions.
Qualified candidates should possess 1–2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month, and work will be performed on-site.
