Job Description
Texitech is looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to become a part of our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. In this vital role, you will:
- Assist customers by promptly responding to inquiries through phone, email, or chat, offering precise and timely information.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints or issues while upholding a positive and professional demeanor.
- Document all customer interactions and escalate complex problems as required.
- Keep current on product knowledge to provide effective support and guidance to our customers.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (B.A.) or Commerce (B.COM).
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a relevant role.
