Job Description
Core Edge Solutions is actively seeking a motivated Female Customer Service Representative for our Life Back Taxes campaign. This full-time, on-site night-shift position in Lahore entails managing both inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, and effectively promoting our services.
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in English, exude confidence, and prioritize delivering outstanding customer service in a professional atmosphere. Key responsibilities include handling customer calls, assisting with service-related issues, promoting company offerings, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from PKR 90,00 to 110,00 per month, accompanied by performance-based incentives and a nurturing work environment.
