Job Description
H-Verse is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to enhance our customer support team. In this role, you will engage with customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, tracking deliveries, and updating customer information within our CRM system. Additionally, you will collect customer feedback to help us improve our services.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary between Rs70,00.00 and Rs80,00.00. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Please note that this position requires in-person attendance.
