Job Description
Cakes and Bakes, a leading organization based in Lahore, is currently seeking a qualified Assistant Manager for our Customer Care team. This full-time position requires candidates to hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in BBA/MBA or a Master’s in Marketing, along with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong command of MS Office, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include leading the customer care team, addressing complaints, and ensuring exemplary service delivery.
Compensation for this role ranges from Rs100,00.00 to Rs150,00.00 per month.
