Job Description
Company Overview: Lunar Furniture is an emerging manufacturing company that specializes in modern furniture and innovative interior solutions. We are currently looking for a dedicated Human Resource Executive (Male) to enhance our HR operations across both our office and factory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage payroll
- Prepare essential HR documentation
- Ensure adherence to company policies
- Assist with performance management initiatives
- Serve as a liaison between management and staff
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs60,00 – Rs75,00/month
