Job Description

ATU Logistics is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic night shift team, conveniently located near DHA Phase 6, Lahore. This is a full-time position with hours from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM, Monday through Friday.

We are in search of enthusiastic individuals who excel in communication and possess a sales-oriented mindset. Key responsibilities include managing client calls, identifying customer needs, upselling services, and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
