Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a highly respected telecom company, is seeking dedicated Banking Helpline Agents to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promptly answering customer calls with a courteous and professional attitude. You will assist in resolving customer inquiries by providing accurate information and effective solutions. Additionally, you will process customer orders and payments while managing and updating customer accounts.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs55,00 per month, with performance-based incentives.
Requirements: Candidates must possess a minimum Bachelor’s degree, with at least 6 months of experience in the banking sector preferred. Position is based in Karachi.
