GharPar Technologies is actively seeking a dedicated HR & Admin Officer to independently manage our human resource and administrative functions. In this pivotal role, you will oversee recruitment processes, conduct employee evaluations, ensure compliance, and facilitate daily office operations, all while contributing to our mission of empowering women from underprivileged and minority backgrounds.

Key Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR and/or administration.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Compensation: Starting at Rs50,00.00 per month
