Job Description
Backbone Structures is on the lookout for a talented Quantity Surveyor to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs) based on detailed project drawings and specifications. Your duties will include conducting feasibility studies, preparing tender documents, and supporting bid negotiations.
Moreover, you will play a key role in monitoring project costs, certifying progress payments, and collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure adherence to legal and safety standards.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs130,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month | Location: On-site
