Job Description

P-Tech is looking for an experienced Female HR Manager for the night shift (7:00 pm to 2:00 am).

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Human Resources with experience in a BPO environment.

Responsibilities: Maintain employee records, manage payroll and benefits, develop recruitment processes, monitor performance, and create employee relations programs.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, HR experience, understanding of employment law, and excellent communication skills.
