Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. You will engage with clients through phone, email, and chat, facilitating order placement, addressing inquiries, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional proficiency in English with a genuine passion for assisting others.
- Minimum qualification of O Level/A Level or Intermediate.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude complemented by strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in customer service or international sales is advantageous.
