Job Description

P-tech is seeking a fresh Female HR Assistant to join our team for the night shift (7:00 pm to 2:00 am).

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Human Resources and experience in BPO environments.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records
• Manage payroll and benefits
• Conduct recruitment processes
• Provide guidance on HR policies
• Monitor employee performance
• Address employee grievances
• Create employee relations programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Experience in an HR role
