Job Description
Horizon Technologies is currently looking for a committed Customer Service Executive to assist with customer inquiries on various e-commerce platforms. The successful candidate will professionally address customer questions, manage returns, and collaborate with internal teams to facilitate an outstanding shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries.
- Process returns and issue refunds.
- Coordinate efforts with logistics teams.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions.
- Focus on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce.
Location: Karachi, on-site evening shift.
Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month.
