Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with candidate sourcing and screening.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews effectively.
- Maintain an organized candidate database.
- Support onboarding processes and documentation.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or final-year student in HR or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite.
This is a 3-month internship with a stipend ranging from PKR 10,00 to 25,00 per month, with the potential for a permanent position.
