Job Description
Codup is seeking a dedicated Team Lead for our Finance Department. In this pivotal role, you will guide our accounting team in managing all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and efficient payroll management. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising daily operations, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining financial statements along with internal controls.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce, with a preference for professional certifications. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, is required. Strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and proficiency in ERP systems are essential for success in this role.
