Job Description
Aqua Coders is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is committed to delivering outstanding service and timely support. This position is integral to connecting customer needs with our commitment to production excellence, managing inquiries regarding custom packaging solutions, order processes, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Assist clients throughout the quoting, design submission, and order placement processes.
- Provide timely updates on production and shipping timelines.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably within the print or packaging industry.
- Outstanding communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
