Job Description

Abacus Outsourcing is looking for a dynamic Customer Relations Officer to join our Islamabad team. In this important role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred; however, recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer

Working Hours: Rotational 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week.

Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from Rs37,00.00 to Rs42,00.00.

Location: Position requires in-person attendance at our Islamabad office.
