Job Description

Join our committed team at Al Kareem City in Lahore as a Program & Operations Coordinator. We are looking for a qualified candidate with extensive experience in NGO operations, specifically in program development, donor coordination, compliance, and adherence to local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the NGO.
  • Manage both ongoing and new projects effectively.
  • Assist in proposal writing and maintain communication with donors.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in NGO operations.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
