Job Description
Benchmark BPO Pvt Ltd is currently inviting applications for the position of HR Assistant to enhance our Human Resources department. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing recruitment, training, attendance tracking, reporting, and documentation processes. Candidates must possess excellent organizational abilities and demonstrate proactive communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting candidate interviews and arranging training schedules.
- Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate records.
- Update Excel spreadsheets and generate reports.
- Organize and maintain physical filing systems.
Requirements: Female candidates only, prior HR experience preferred, proficiency in MS Excel, strong communication skills, and availability for night shifts (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
