Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet established targets.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Guide sales teams to successfully achieve both individual and collective goals.
- Perform market research and analyze sales data to drive decision-making.
- Discover and pursue new business opportunities.
Eligibility:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, ideally within the FMCG or food sectors.
- At least 8 years of experience in the oil and ghee industry.
- Exceptional communication skills are required.
