EPOSMATIC, a rapidly expanding restaurant management software company catering to hundreds of restaurants in Pakistan and the UAE, is looking for a Support & Data Entry Specialist. This role aims to enhance client operations and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to customers via phone and WhatsApp.
- Assist with software-related inquiries and guide customers in resolving issues.
- Ensure data accuracy for restaurant menus, pricing, and staff information.
- Follow up with clients to confirm their satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience in customer support or data entry is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and effective communication in English and Urdu.
