Job Description
Binrafiq Textiles is in search of a qualified Textile Finishing Supervisor to lead the final processing of various fabrics, including Shafoon, lawn, cotton, and linen. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient operations, compliance with quality standards, and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily finishing operations.
- Optimize machine performance and enhance team productivity.
- Ensure fabric quality through close collaboration with the quality control team.
- Train and mentor staff to achieve daily production goals.
- Maintain workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
Ideal Candidate: Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in textile finishing along with strong leadership capabilities.
