Job Description

Nadeem’s Caterers & Event Management is seeking a committed Front Desk Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for greeting visitors, reviewing arrival lists, and ensuring that special guests receive exceptional attention.

Your responsibilities will include promptly addressing client inquiries, assisting staff with welcome folders, and providing information regarding our hotel services and facilities. You will also need to anticipate client needs and effectively address any concerns, keeping the Guest Relations Manager informed as necessary.

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of Rs35,00.00 per month, requiring on-site work at our hotel.
