Job Description
Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a disciplined and experienced Security Manager to lead our security operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with organizational standards, managing project workflows, and overseeing general security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive security measures.
- Oversee access control, surveillance systems, and emergency response protocols.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and staff training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Retired Major or Lieutenant Commander from the Pakistan Army, Navy, or PAF with a minimum of 25 years of service.
- Extensive knowledge of security management principles and proficiency in MS Office.
