Job Description
Traditions by Saleem Fabrics is looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our team with essential administrative tasks involving payroll and personnel documentation. This role offers the opportunity to improve our filing and organizational processes.
Responsibilities:
- Update internal databases with employee details.
- Collect payroll information, including leaves and work hours.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Post and manage job advertisements across various platforms.
- Compile HR-related reports.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field.
Skills: Excellent communication, analytical abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
