Job Description
The Modern Hospital is seeking a qualified Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising daily administrative operations.
- Monitoring expenses and suggesting cost-effective alternatives.
- Creating quarterly and annual budgets.
- Developing and implementing effective policies for all operational procedures.
- Preparing work schedules.
- Identifying employee training programs.
- Monitoring performance of organizational members.
- Maintaining organized medical and employee records.
Qualifications: MBBS, Post Graduate, MSPH, or MBA in Hospital Management with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
