Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Purchase Officer (Administration) to oversee procurement for our administrative operations. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing vendors, negotiating favorable pricing, and maintaining accurate procurement records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure office supplies and equipment efficiently.
- Negotiate competitive prices to optimize expenses.
- Establish and maintain healthy vendor relationships.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure availability.
- Assist in planning and adhering to budgetary constraints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
