Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Assistant Manager of Sales to join our dynamic team. This position involves supporting the Sales Manager in implementing effective sales strategies and achieving established targets.
Your duties will encompass overseeing daily sales operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will analyze sales data to identify trends and pinpoint areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a successful sales track record. A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
