Job Description
Max International is seeking a committed Chat Support Representative to assist clients via Facebook Messenger. The ideal candidates must be available for shifts from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM, Monday through Saturday.
As a Chat Support Representative, your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction through chat communication. Strong written communication skills in English are required, and experience with customer service tools is highly desirable.
